Whether the project is in planning, infrastructure or awaiting final inspections, we have worked closely with developers, designs and contractors in verify ADA compliance, sometimes in the planning department, the field and even in the courtroom when necessary to get the project completed. 

We have inspected, litigated and or negotiated with regulators, local inspectors and ADA plaintiffs regarding over 1 million rooms of hotel space over the years.  We are the only firm on the exclusive list of ADA Consultants for Hilton Hotels compliance with Consent Decrees.  

We have been privileged to represent nearly 100 wineries across the state in defending ADA claims for parking, tasting rooms, tours and websites.   

Service animals serve an important purpose, and are specifically regulated.  Unfortunately, many people take their "pretend" service animals places they shouldn't.  We have represented restaurants, theaters, grocery stores, hotels and condominium associations in achieving ADA and FHA compliance for service animals.
